I will use sunscreen every day.
Prevent future sun damage to your skin.
The correct amount of sunscreen for your face and neck is nearly ½ a teaspoon. I prefer to use a separate sunscreen product so that I can enjoy the maximum benefits. I love the Anthelios collection by La Roche-Posay with SPF 60.

I will wash my face every day
I know, I know. It's late. You're pooped. The sink is like a million miles away. But, if you want great skin, you need to take off your makeup or any other dirt that has adhered itself to your pretty face. I say, grab a lazy-girl's cleanser that doesn't require any H2O to work! Apply this with your fingertips, and simply wipe it off.

I will spend less time on my hair.
We tend to overfry, and overwash, and over do it. Lay off a day or two between washing and blow drying. Dry shampoo on your off days. This absorbs oils, adds body, as well as leaving a light, peppermint scent.

I will be more adventurous.
This one is a wild card. Try a new fragrance! Try a new lip color! Wear colored eyeliner! Learn a new eye makeup technique! Just explore another aspect of yourself, and have some fun doing it! Look for gift sets & kits and get a better dollar value too.

I will feed my skin healthy ingredients.
Choose products that are packed with antioxidants for environmental protection.

I will treat my hair with respect.
Take care of your hair like you would a silk shirt. Wash with products that will not strip it from its natural oils.

• Cherry colored lips paired with a creamy bronzer instead of powder blush and soft eyes.

• Instead of pulling your hair back into a bun, try twisting at the crown and securing with bobby pins. This is reminiscent of the 1940's.

• Gold eyeliner applied along the inner corners of the eye and along the upper lashline, along with black liquid liner along the top lashes.

• Peach Lip – wear it matte, glossy, glittery, anyway you want!

• Natural No Makeup Look – barely there gold or pink.

• Bedroom eyes -Smokey eyes, kept closer to the lashline. Skip lipstick, blush, and it with no fuss hair. Let your eyes do the talking for you.

• Under Eye Liner - from black to colored, and all together very 1960's. Sort of neo-mod.

• Natural looking brows –put your tweezer away and let those bad girls grow in! Trim long hairs and brush them upwards and out towards the temples. Very 80's Brooke Shields.

• Bold Eye Liner ala Audrey Hepburn-the timeless cat-eye liner revisited in black, yellow, blue, purple, and any color under the sun!

Essie Spring 2008 Bridal & OPI Fairytale Bride Softshades 2009 Collections

Essie came out with a chic, bridal collection last year. And for 2009, OPI has come out with it's "Fairytale Bride" line. Both of these brands offer theme collections quite frequently, with new colors coming out seasonally. The 2008 Essie colors are pictured above left. As for the 2009 OPI Bridal Collection, it features softer shades ranging from subtle to crisp to girly pops of color. Here are a few of EXO Limited's great picks from the 2009 OPI line. Going for a tropical look? Try "Hawaiian Orchid," an iridescent pink. "Privacy Please" is the ultimate soft and feminine pastel pink. Want to try something a little different? "Room Service" is a lovely, pale lavender shade. Shop online at www.essie.com and at www.opi.com. These nail polishes can also be found at various other websites such as www.amazon.com.
